Founder and Director
David is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur, having previously founded a technology consultancy, a mortgage broking business, and a real estate software company which was exited to a BGL Group, a global financial services company. He is passionate about combining technology and real estate to find opportunities and drive results. David has extensive networks in the real estate space, having spent significant time in the past advising property developers in their development financing solutions. David started his career in real estate investment banking at CIMIC Group and Moelis & Company. He holds a dual Bachelors of Commerce and Bachelors of Economics (with Distinction) from the University of New South Wales.
Founder and Head of Investments
William was previously an investment professional at one of the world’s largest distressed investment managers, where he focused on investing in distressed real estate opportunities. While he was there, he was a founding member of Blue Lotus Loans, an opportunistic real estate lending platform formed with Pepper Group, Australia’s largest non-bank mortgage provider. William was previously also a senior consultant at McKinsey & Company in London and also has real estate investing experience at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Platinum Asset Management, and CIMIC Group. He holds a Masters in Finance from the London School of Economics and a Bachelors in Commerce (with Distinction) from the University of New South Wales.
Kevin is an experienced real estate investment professional with over 9 years industry experience in both China and Australia. He specialises in property market analysis, property valuation, and capital execution projects. Before joining Rember Capital, Kevin was a senior property manager at Pepper Group, Australia’s largest non-bank lender, where he managed the credit analysis of their entire Sydney and Melbourne non-resident investment portfolio. He has also held property analyst roles at Ironfish Group (one of the largest property investment service platforms) and DTZ. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Zhejiang University and is a CFA Level 3 candidate.
